Sharlina currently serves as Human Resources and Administration Officer at OrphanCare Foundation. Because of her passion in the humanitarian field, she has dedicated herself working with NGOs for nearly 20 years. Prior to her joining OrphanCare Foundation, she has worked with Islamic Relief Malaysia for 10 years, with exposure in Finance, HR, Admin, Procurement, Programmes, and Strategic Development. In MERCY Malaysia, she took care of Finance and Admin, as well as being part of a secretariat for Asian Disaster Reduction and Response Network (ADRRN), responsible for all financial and administrative matters. She always believes the motto of ‘never stop helping people even in little things, because you’ll never know which one is a saviour to other people’s lives.
