Fadilah joined OrphanCare in January 2018 as Head of Social Worker. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Masters in Social Work from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
She had 8 years experience of managing cases such as refugees, underprivileged, disabled children, orphans, child abuses & street children. She also had experiences of handling court cases involving children.
Based on OrphanCare’s work core, is to help children be assimilated into families, she used her experience working at a children’s institution to make her understand more on child needs & the harms.She describes her work as meaningful, exciting and colorful.
