OrphanCare held Older Children Prospective Adoptive Parent Training session at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, attended by about 35 participants. The event focused on equipping prospective and current adoptive parents, as well as foster carers, with essential skills to navigate the complexities of adoption and fostering.
The training is part of OrphanCare’s commitment to providing ongoing support to adoptive families covering critical topics such as attachment, healthy brain development, understanding the primal wound, and baby development. These modules are designed to ensure that parents and carers are well-prepared and supported throughout their journey, promoting the well-being of the children in their care.
