However, we are an NGO that focuses more on local adoption since international adoption requests for a lot of documentation and screening processes.
Furthermore, the potential parent has to follow both countries’ adoption laws if they need to bring the child overseas. We follow the local welfare department law requirements for adopting in Malaysia.
The same laws apply to Malaysian applicants who live overseas.
