Previously Noridayu was a customer service executive with one the largest telecommunications company. Due to family commitment, she left her job and went back to her hometown Kedah. While in Kedah, Noridayu’s interest in community work increased. With so many news about baby dumping being published, Noridayu felt very blessed to be part of OrphanCare’s team and the opportunity to head the team in Sungai Petani.
With the new knowledge gained especially in handling women with unplanned pregnancies, babies, adoptive parents, legal processes, child acts and administration, Noridayu hopes to help more unfortunate babies and children and to reached out to more local communities for support to work together in reducing the baby dumping issues.
