Kalai joined Orphancare in 2013 as an admin clerk.
She has 23 years of experience in Customer Care & has work with various retails and call centers.
When she first started out with OrphanCare, apart from admin, she also handles the adoption process in arranging for the interviews, training and logistics. Now Kalai is in the finance department as an Admin & HR Officer.
It was really an eye-opener for Kalai working in OrphanCare because it has taught her not to judge people and be a good listener in order to find solutions.
She believes the child’s best interest is the utmost important part in the whole process and she will continue to give her best so that no babies should be abandoned & all the unfortunate children will have a loving family.
