OrphanCare Foundation wants Malaysian children to live and grow up in a loving family environment. Our vision is a world where children no longer suffer institutional care nor face threats to their survival.

We believe a child has a right to love, security, shelter, health and education as enshrined in Malaysia’s Child (Amendment) Act 2016 and the United Nation’s Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
